My way of working is collaborative, process-led and world-building oriented. I often begin with a question, a shared document, a conversation format, or a speculative frame, and then help people turn partial insights into a common artefact. In collaboration I value clarity, humour, consent, shared authorship, and enough structure to make disagreement useful rather than destructive. I am interested in forms where people do not merely contribute content, but help shape the rules, language and ownership of the work itself. I have worked across media production, participatory publishing, civic dialogue, commons governance and AI-related cultural projects. These collaborations have taught me that groups need both imagination and boring infrastructure: clear roles, rhythms, records, decision processes and ways to handle conflict.
